I had it done 7 years ago, so I don't remember the exact cost and details. The first time, it came undone after six months, so I went back and they did the revision free of charge (which was probably the obvious thing to do, but still...) I don't know if that is how it normally is, but the revision hurt more. I did not have sedation anesthesia, so I was a little scared, but it was good. During the revision they played Cultwo Show, and it was so funny I thought I was going to die laughing even though it hurt. That turned out pretty nicely and is still holding up now.
