I decided to have the surgery somewhere else, but the consultation was good so I'm leaving this here separately. I went to consultations at other places too, but only here did they talk about partial incision (anyway, no hospital recommended my eyes be done with a non-incision method; all of them said incision). The doctor explained things in detail, and both the doctor and the manager had a kind of honest, straightforward feel. They explained the line well, but the line they drew was a little.. a little different from what I wanted. I guess that's just a matter of taste.
