They told me not to do it if I didn't have to, and the consultation was honest. Even so, when I said I wanted to improve my uneven eyes, they recommended various surgery methods, including saying they could just slightly correct the symmetry with lower canthoplasty, so I was glad they consulted me like that!! The manager also explained things calmly, wrote down all the costs for me, and the wait time was short.
