I thought I was going to consult with the director, but I ended up only consulting with the manager. Still, the manager was gentle and kind, and printed out the photos taken of my nose and drew on them to show what it would look like if a few millimeters were added. But since it wasn't the director, I didn't feel confident about the clinic.
