Kind. I was deciding between non-incisional and incisional methods, and other hospitals recommended incision because of the inner-eye corner tension, but when I said I preferred non-incisional, they said they could do that. They said canthoplasty for the outer lower corner is possible, but they can't turn it very much. I didn't really feel much expertise, so I don't think I'll have double eyelid surgery here.. I'll think about the outer lower corner canthoplasty later.
