The staff were also kind by my standards, so they left a good impression on me. It was a place someone around me recommended I try, so I went, and the consultation itself was better than I expected. I could also feel that they were trying to explain things to fit me, and while they were not the kind to just dump a bunch of materials in front of me, I was glad they handled the consultation well, tailored to my eyes.
