The doctor and the consultation manager were kind. They observed my eyes in extremely fine detail and seemed to have absolutely no over-treatment. At first they suggested methods, but then said it might be better not to do it at all. It was a little confusing since I had never heard that from another clinic, but it did help me think more about whether I should have surgery or not.
