I visited by appointment as a male for eye surgery purposes. I waited about 10 minutes without a manager consultation and then went straight into the consultation. It was my top pick in my mind, but after only about 3 minutes of consultation and such a perfunctory attitude, I remember that I immediately ruled it out as a candidate, regardless of skill. If you're someone who already understands the basics of cosmetic surgery, it might be fine.
