The reason I didn't give the doctor and staff a perfect score is not because they were rude, but because they were not extremely kind either, so it's a 3. Personally, I thought I had pseudoptosis, so I didn't want eye-muscle correction if possible, but at this clinic they actually explained, unlike other hospitals, that mine was a type of eye that should not have it done, and they also explained why it shouldn't be done. For surgery, they said the inner corner procedure was optional and recommended full incision. When I explained the line design I wanted, they said that if it were done in this or that way, a design suited to my eyes could be achieved. So they recommended a method that matched what I wanted and what my eyes needed, rather than pushing something too extreme. Among the places I've consulted so far, this is the hospital I'm most torn about, but it's the one I keep leaning toward.
