Rather than giving firm advice after looking at the patient's condition.. It feels like they're trying to go along with what the patient wants. Personally, I wanted them to look at my condition and make suggestions, but the consultation wasn't very clear and it was frustrating. The answer about canthal widening was phrased like it might happen or might not happen... it was vague.
