I went to get consulted about male eye correction and canthoplasty. Because my eyes are short horizontally, I asked about both inner and outer canthoplasty, but there was no spare space, so the outer canthoplasty was immediately cut off. They also said that because I do not really have a Mongolian fold, it would be hard to widen the inner corner much. They said the surgery direction would focus on the most natural result, which made me trust them, but I felt it would probably be hard to reflect personal preferences in the surgical plan the director suggested.
