I liked that I could have a long consultation directly with the director without a consultation with the manager first. The fact that they seemed very proud of their own surgery method was reassuring. They talked about a surgery method different from the hospitals I’ve toured so far, so I’m confused. The director also tells you the surgery fee directly haha
