I had surgery a few years ago, so I don't remember the exact cost, but it was around that amount. I had double eyelid incision surgery and a natural-looking canthoplasty, and overall I was satisfied. The doctor was cynical, and the consultation staff were fairly kind. I came up from the provinces, so I had the consultation and surgery on the same day.
