I did not really care whether they were kind or not. As long as they were objective and skilled, that was enough. I went because I heard they were famous for revision surgery after my first surgery failed. In the end, it failed too. The line is strange, and maybe because they cut too aggressively, the scar is really severe. The inner corner surgery scar is also severe and the shape is strange. In the end, the line is small but it became sausage-like, and maybe they touched a nerve because the sensation feels a little strange. It was almost 8 years ago, so I do not know how things are now.
