Review

It was really bad. The doctor was okay, but the manager just saw me as a cash cow? It showed all over their face. Please, this is a service job and you are dealing with customers, so I wish they had done it properly. They treated me in a way that was upsetting. I do not know whether only that manager was like that, but compared with the consultation manager, the doctor was realistic and said clearly when something was not possible, and that was fine.
