1. Before surgery: I was satisfied with both the manager consultation and the doctor consultation. There were a fair number of people, so the process did give a bit of a factory feel. 2. After surgery: Right after surgery, I felt like I was kind of left alone.. They didn't even bring an ice pack, and that sense of being neglected was strong. My surgery ended around 10 p.m. or so, so I guess that makes sense, but I was really just lying there on the hospital bed with nothing at all, and when it was time to leave, I was informed and then had to go down to the basement myself and operate the shutter gate, which felt a bit odd 3. Recovery: The surgery really turned out well. After my surgery, I went around various plastic surgery clinics with tape on my face, and at every place the nurses or managers asked where I had the surgery. When I said I had it done at Face Line, everyone said, "If it's there, they do it well," and that comforted me into thinking I had made the right choice. Even now, a year after surgery, I still think I made the right decision to do it here.
