When I made the consultation reservation, they said if I had a CT scan done at another hospital, they couldn't do the scan on the same day, so I got a consultation somewhere else first and went a few days later. The consultation wait was pretty long so I was annoyed. The doctor told me that the nasal valve issue was ambiguous, so I might not be able to get insurance coverage. He said only the deviated septum could be covered. Another hospital had said the functional nose surgery would definitely be possible, but here they said only the septum could be covered, which actually made me trust them more. The manager also didn't pressure me to book, which I liked.
