From the time I made the reservation by phone, the manager helped me very kindly. The schedule was so packed that I couldn't get a consultation until two weeks later. I went worried and nervous, but they consulted me kindly and cheerfully, so I was grateful. It was a consultation that didn't waste my time or effort.
