I went to consult about under-eye fat repositioning. There was a consultation fee, and the director tried to explain things as thoroughly as possible, but there was also a bit of a bothered feeling. Still, it was good to be able to talk, and personally, because it was said that local anesthesia would be difficult, I am holding off on surgery for now
