Review

At first I felt a bit odd because the director seemed tired and strained, maybe because he had just come right after surgery, but the consultation was thorough and carefully broken down by area. The process went manager-director-manager, and it took about 30 minutes. Everyone was kind and it was fine, but our preferred styles seemed a little different, so I had the surgery elsewhere; still, it would probably be fine if the style matched. The manager did slightly encourage same-day booking.
