There was close communication between the consultation coordinator and the doctor. The consultation was done in detail, and it felt like the patient's personality was being conveyed to the doctor to decide the direction of the consultation. The doctor is very blunt and not especially kind, but the coordinator seems to cover for that with kindness. What stood out to me was that they were wearing a hood and a mask during the consultation.
