Like other reviews said, the doctor looks extremely tired. His voice is quiet and his tone doesn't really rise or fall, and the consultation itself goes quickly. He has a very firm direction, so it's good if his thinking matches yours; otherwise, well... The facility was nice, and all the staff were kind.
