I called for a consultation first, but it's hard to meet them. For weekends, you have to book two weeks in advance, and on weekdays you have to fit around the surgery schedule. It seems popular, and with a one-doctor operation, that probably makes it even more so. I booked for next week, and I'm nervous.. The staff are kind, though, so I'm curious how it will be after surgery.

The manager handled the consultation kindly and well, and even though I had a lot of questions, they were all answered kindly, so I liked that. I only got to see the director for about 1 to 2 minutes because he seemed busy
