I had my first nose surgery, but it bent, so I got revision surgery as aftercare one year later. After the revision surgery, the silicone shifted really badly to the opposite side from before surgery, so much that even the hospital thought it wasn't right and did an early correction about a month later, which was a second revision surgery. Even after that, it was still shifted. After my first surgery here and before the swelling had fully gone down, I couldn't see that it was bent, so my friends said it looked good and asked for info. Three of my friends had surgery here because of my recommendation, and it seems like my friends came out okay, but I'm the only one like this... I guess nose surgery really depends on the person.
