I had a large wart removed from my body. The director is busy, so the consultation time is short, but the manager takes care of everything carefully. The director said this kind of thing needed to be cut out and that there would be a slight scar, and just as expected, a small scar was left, but it was removed well. Since this person really prioritizes safety, the operating room was clean, and after the procedure they carefully handled the disinfection and changing of the bandage for several days, so I felt at ease.
