The doctor prioritized safety and didn't push for anything excessive on the eyes. He only recommended the minimum necessary surgery and clearly said what wouldn't work. I had the consultation at the end of 2018. It probably wouldn't turn out terribly if you had it done by him, but very pretty eyes would be hard. For people who would look prettier with just double eyelid surgery alone, maybe it's fine, but he recommended doing almost no epicanthoplasty for me.
