I had a consultation for nose surgery, and they suggested doing it with silicone and cartilage rearrangement, but if I had done it that way, I would have regretted it. I had surgery at another clinic with silicone and septal cartilage, and it looked natural. In fact, as time passed, the tip of my nose lowered more than I expected because of swelling and sagging, so when I think about raising the tip further with ear cartilage... this clinic seems to aim for natural results, but it wasn't really for me.
