Here the consultation with the manager came first. The manager did most of the consultation, and the director just came in briefly to confirm the parts the manager had mentioned. The main appeal here was that instead of putting cartilage in the tip of the nose, they tie the cartilage. The manager even showed me her own nose while explaining, but I did not like the tip of the manager’s nose, and because the manager talked too well, I felt even more reluctant?
