I had cartilage rearrangement at the nasal tip and columella reduction, but my nostrils became uneven and I ended up with a saddle nose.. It looks worse than before. The doctor seemed extremely proud, but the surgical result was not that good. I am thinking about revision surgery. It just did not suit me. The staff were kind.
