I had nose surgery and it was ruined. I only had cartilage repositioning and reduction of the columella, but they left my nostrils uneven, caused scar tissue inside the nose, and when viewed from below it shows. My old nose is much better. I don’t know how they did the repositioning, but the tip of my nose became more blunt and droopy~~~~~ The doctor is said to avoid risky surgery and try to do things safely, like other people said, but the result is not that great. And the explanation was unfriendly, but the confidence was overflowing. So I’m looking into revision surgery now.
