The clinic asked if it could change my consultation reservation from the afternoon to the morning, and I agreed. But even though I arrived on time, the staff got annoyed and asked why I had not answered the phone. The director's consultation took about 5 minutes, and the estimate from the manager took a little over 10 minutes. I paid 10,000 won for the consultation ^^
