The line starts from the middle... I wanted an in-out line, but it ended up as an in line starting at the philtrum. My friends have big eyes, so for them it turned out natural and thin, but it doesn't suit me. The Mongolian fold stands out after surgery. I would not recommend it to people with small eyes.
