There were many people and the doctor was busy, so the manager handled the consultation. I never got to see the doctor, so I would give the doctor kindness a 3. Since the manager did it, I would give the consultation expertise a 2. The people at the counter were chatting idly, so they did not seem that friendly. The result photos looked pretty.
