I only had a consultation, but if you can't even consult with the doctor, then what are you supposed to look at when deciding whether to have surgery? You can't consult with the doctor before making a surgery reservation. I went because they're famous for eye surgery, and the manager who did the consultation was kind, but the manager isn't the one doing the surgery..
