The consultation manager consulted me first.. In the end I did it here twice, and the results were not good.. I keep thinking what if I had met the director from the start. There are an enormous number of people here. Being able to go without an appointment is convenient. But now, years later, the pain of me looking into revision surgery again is beyond words..
