I can't really assess the doctor's kindness because before scheduling surgery, you're only allowed to consult with the head coordinator. Even if it's a hospital that's supposedly very common and many people have gotten surgery there, I kept wondering what I was supposed to trust in order to book surgery there.. Especially since I knew the director had been doing surgery for a very long time, I was curious whether their sense was still similar to how it used to be, and that was disappointing.
