Because there were so many good things said about it, I went for a consultation, but I was surprised that consultations with the director were not possible and everything was handled by the manager. Also, from a facility standpoint, I was startled that the consultation took place right at the counter as soon as you opened the entrance door. The movement flow was inconvenient when customers came and went, and because it was open, the consultation details could be heard by all the waiting patients. Since I couldn’t meet the doctor, I couldn’t evaluate the kindness.
