I did not even get to see the surgeon. No separate consultation reservation is needed, but instead you can only consult with the manager at the first-floor desk. It seemed like you cannot have a surgeon consultation unless you book surgery. I went because of the asymmetry in the double eyelids on both eyes, but they said they could not make the line I wanted and could only make it smaller than the original line, so I probably will not have surgery. Of course, that may just be the surgeon's opinion and could be different, but at least needing to book surgery right away without even a surgeon consultation did not feel very trustworthy and made me uneasy.
