To prevent an unnecessary drop in rating, I gave a surgery expectation score of 5, but I could not get a consultation with the director, so it is actually meaningless. The manager also showed me several photos and guided me well, but it gave a somewhat factory-like hospital feeling, so I did not really trust it. In the end I had the surgery somewhere else.
