I wanted front canthoplasty and an in-out double eyelid, but the doctor recommended an in-line double eyelid plus upper canthoplasty, so I went with that. My double-eyelid line is still the same, but over time the asymmetry got worse, and maybe because I had upper canthoplasty, the mucous membrane of one eye is visible. I will probably have revision surgery someday, but at the time of the surgery I was very satisfied.
