The consultation with the director was professional and kind, but the hospital itself felt chaotic, and the consultation managers all looked busy running around. It’s a hospital specializing in revision surgery, so I know the doctor has skill, but I was also worried because he is quite old. I’m still deciding whether to have surgery.
