I cannot understand why I could not meet the doctor. The consultation manager is not even the one touching my eyes, so there is no answer to why I should trust them and have surgery here. It was kind of absurd. I also saw a lot of kids coming with their parents, so honestly I did not trust it much. The consultation itself was also in a crowded cafe-like space where everyone could hear each other.. in many ways it felt like a complete waste of time.
