The doctor didn't do the consultation; the coordinator did. I couldn't understand why a coordinator without any professional expertise was handling the consultation for surgery. And there wasn't a separate consultation room, so the consultation was done right at the doorway It seems like the surgery itself is good, but I think they need to change the system.
