First of all, the biggest disappointment was that you have to book surgery to have a consultation with the director.. So I only consulted with the consultation manager, and their opinion was a bit different from the director at another place, which was confusing. Still, it may have been because they were looking at it from a different perspective. Even so, among the places I visited, this was the kindest one and the one that felt most confident.
