My double eyelids had been gone for ten years and had come loose, so I went in for a consultation. They said there is some hollowing in the eyelids, but that fat grafting should be considered only when I'm older, and that we should just try incision and ptosis correction for now. I felt that they were not the type to aggressively recommend surgery in a conservative way. The consultation was with the manager.
