The managers’ consultations weren’t particularly kind or anything like that. The director was very confident, so I felt reassured. When he looked at my arm and said, “You came after reading the reviews, right? It’ll turn out like that,” that really left an impression on me lol However, the price was quite expensive, so that was a concern, but if I’m going to have surgery once, I do want to go to a place that does it well even if it costs money!!
