First, when I consulted with the manager, they didn't recommend any surgery that wasn't really necessary. They said there wouldn't be a dramatic effect, just a bit of contour refinement for the face. Still, I wanted even that, so after thinking about it a lot, I said I'd do it. Then I met the director, and the consultation wasn't very long. I had heard she was like a laid-back older sister, and in person she really was like that. She spoke casually, but it didn't bother me, lol anyway I didn't feel bad. But the director did suggest adding a few other procedures too, saying that adding fat grafting here would look much prettier.. (I said no) Anyway, on the surgery day, I waited a bit, changed clothes, waited some more, and then had the surgery. On the first day, the 45-degree cheekbones came down so dramatically that it was almost like I had cheekbone surgery, but now, about a year later, they seem to have come back out a bit... Still, from the front, the contours definitely seem more refined.
