They are not exactly kind, but they do explain the parts that are necessary. It seems like they care most about the patient's own wishes, and from the blog, it looks like they have a lot of surgical experience. The surgery cost seems to be higher than at other hospitals, and judging from the before-and-after photos, they do seem good at it.
