Even though I had made a reservation and visited, the consultation lasted only about 2 or 3 minutes...? Without any special explanation, they seemed to rush me to set up the surgery appointment with the coordinator... Maybe it was because it was Saturday, but I did not get any particular sense of kindness or detail... I made a follow-up consultation appointment, but it was not much different.
