I only went for a consultation about revision nose surgery. The manager was unfriendly, and the doctor, despite the bad reviews(?), had a serious vibe and consulted with sincerity. But this isn't really the hospital's problem; when getting nose surgery, I think everyone should study up a bit before going. I read in the first comment that it might be good to make a question list because the doctor doesn't talk much. I wasn't trying to criticize; I'm saying this because when I had my first surgery, I knew nothing and didn't study properly, and I think that's how I ended up on the revision surgery path. It's your own face you're having operated on, so please study a lot before going. No matter where you go or what you do, you need to know exactly what's being done to your face!! Oh, and the surgery cost surprised me a bit..
